1. Digital Goods Are Non-Refundable

All sales of digital items, in-game currency, or services are final once delivery has started or been completed.

2. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted if:

• The item/service was not delivered within 4 days, and
• You have not received any part of the purchased goods or the purchased goods was faulty.

3. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Purchases

We are not responsible for purchases made without the account owner’s permission. Please ensure you have control over your payment methods.

4. Roblox-Related Issues

We are not responsible for losses caused by Roblox bans, rollbacks, or moderation actions. No refunds are issued in such cases.

5. How to Request a Refund

• Order ID or proof of payment
• Description of issue
• Roblox username (if applicable)
